About The Artist
As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran living with essential tremors, a neurological condition that causes uncontrollable shaking, I've found an incredibly rewarding outlet in the world of scale modeling. While this journey has been filled with adversity, I've channeled that into creating intricate dioramas, figures and models that capture ideas close to my heart.
I pour my energy into these miniature masterpieces. Each tiny component, whether it's a carefully painted figure or an intricate backdrop setting, holds profound meaning and tells a story. For me, this art form is more than just assembly - it's a way to explore themes that resonate deeply.
I take great pride in transforming basic materials into rich artistic expressions that highlight the indomitable human spirit, nostalgic pop culture moments, or fanciful worlds limited only by creativity itself. While the tremors present challenges, the act of focusing on these meticulous builds provides an immense sense of calm and purpose.
My humble works are a testament to the fact that adversity need not constrict our passions or pursuits. Instead, by approaching each project with patience, care and an open imagination, we can create something truly meaningful and inspirational from what may seem like limitations. I hope my miniature stories engage others and maybe even motivate someone facing their own hurdles to tap into their own creative journey. LLAP
